Complaints Procedure
If something has gone wrong we want to hear about it directly, quickly, and before it becomes a review nobody can fix. Most problems are sorted the same day by ringing the shop and speaking to whoever is on.
Step one — tell us
Ring 07493 177348 or email [email protected] with your booking reference, your registration and what has gone wrong. If it is a safety concern — a vibration, a noise, a warning light that appeared after our work — say so and we will get the car back in immediately, ahead of the queue.
Bring the vehicle back where you can. Nearly everything is easier to resolve with the car in front of us.
Step two — what we will do
We aim to acknowledge every complaint within one working day and to resolve it within five. If it is going to take longer than that we will tell you why and give you a date.
Where we have got something wrong we will put it right at our cost. Where we do not agree that we have got it wrong, we will explain our reasoning and show you the evidence rather than simply saying no.
Step three — if you are still not satisfied
Ask for the complaint to be escalated to the owner in writing at SK Zone, 36 Upper Brook Street, Stockport, Greater Manchester SK1 3BS. We will review it from the start and respond in writing.
Beyond that you may contact Citizens Advice consumer service on 0808 223 1133, who can refer the matter to Trading Standards. If you paid by credit card and the amount was over £100 you may also have rights against your card provider under section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974.
Your statutory rights
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, services must be carried out with reasonable care and skill, and goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Nothing in this procedure limits those rights.
Questions about any of this? Ring 07493 177348 or email [email protected].
